馬友友印度廚房-印度料理教室


馬友友印度廚房主廚馬友友 2006年來到台灣,2010年開始投入印度料理授課,他在世界各地知名的廚藝教室授過課,印度料理多元化帶有濃厚民族風情,且東西南北的印度料理各有不同特色。

這次來到台北知名的廚藝教室-囍廚 Gourmet Plus,要來教導各位學員做出有名的印度料理:

蔬菜咖哩餃、鷹嘴豆香料咖哩、炸印度麵包、甜菜檸檬香料飲。

課程中不但詳細解釋了菜餚的製作方法,並對印度料理中使用的大量香料進行說明,讓人對印度料理有更深入的了解。過程中並對學員一一指導各項步驟中不甚明瞭的地方,活潑明確的教學方式使整間廚藝教室充滿了活力。
